Mark's Tokyo

When you come to Mark's Tokyo, you feel like you're entering friend'e home, watching them as they cook a locally-sourced Hawaiian, Japanese, and Italian-inspired meal. We wanted to feature Mark's staple dishes while given the restaurant (and by extension him) a warm and welcoming feel.

I want people to feel as if they've been hugged when they leave my restaurant.
