Mark's Tokyo

When you come to Mark's Tokyo, you feel like you're entering friend'e home, watching them as they cook a locally-sourced Hawaiian, Japanese, and Italian-inspired meal. We wanted to feature Mark's staple dishes while given the restaurant (and by extension him) a warm and welcoming feel.

After leaving his financial career, Japanese-Italian American Mark Sekita went to work for Michelin-starred Gramercy Tavern after finishing culinary school. Mark then brought his passion to his father's native country of Japan. Learn more about Mark's Tokyo here.
